Processing time

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

Shipping charges for international orders are based on the estimated weight of the package.

The shipping charge is calculated after the Ship To: section of the order page is completed. You will be able to review the shipping charges before you place your order.

Estimated shipping times

Canada: 14-20 business days
North America: 7-10 business days
Europe: 4-7 business days
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 14-27 business days
Asia Pacific: 14-20 business days
Latin America and the Caribbean: 14-20 business days

I’ll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but can’t guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Customs and import taxes

International shipping rates do not include customs or duty charges. Madebytande  has no control over those charges and they are the sole responsibility of the person placing the order.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
